The Space: The floorplan incorporates 4 bedrooms, the main with built-in robe and ensuite with large spa bath and private balcony, a huge modern kitchen with quality appliances, luxurious bathrooms, a cleverly concealed laundry, 2 spacious living/dining areas and a huge rumpus room retreat on the top mezzanine floor. The generously proportioned interior flows effortlessly from the private rear mediterranean courtyard through to the open-plan living spaces and kitchen, to the large balcony outdoor entertaining area, from where you can admire the stunning ocean and coastline views. The house includes: Panoramic Ocean Views Air conditioning & heating (ducted throughout) Linens, towels & basic toiletries (soap, toilet paper) Fully Equipped kitchen including a coffee pod machine & bar fridge Comfy sofas 2 Large Flatscreen TVs 3 newly renovated bathrooms (one with washer/dryer) Huge top floor games room, with some board games provided 2 alfresco outdoor dining areas Private mediterranean-style courtyard with outdoor fireplace Free off-street parking for 2 cars Easy access to beach FREE WIFI **This property does allow up to 2 small-medium sized house trained dogs upon request. If you are travelling with a pet, please advise us when making your booking, as there is an additonal pet stay fee of $100 applicable. Pets are not allowed on beds or soft furnishings.** Guest Access: The entire property will be all yours, however this excludes access to the lock up garage, which is not included. There is a 2 car driveway carspace provided in front of the garage. The Neighborhood: Seacliff is a quiet coastal suburb of Adelaide just 17km from the CBD. There are plenty of shops and food options nearby. Getting Around: The white sands of Seacliff Beach are just 150m from the house via a private access path off the back of the property. It is a 25 min drive to the Airport, 15 mins Flinders Hospital and University, and 30 mins drive to Adelaide city. Take advantage of the 2 offstreet driveway car parking spaces. The train station is only 550m away from the house. There is also a bus route approximately 1 KM away. Other Things to Note: You will need to be able to navigate stairs inside the property and also to get to beachfront. Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. Please note, that while this house has a capacity of 7, we will only accept a maximum of 6 adults in one group and no parties. Basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, soap & toilet paper. Note: Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay. Bins being put out on the street, is the responsibility of the guests if they are residing at the property on bin days. Firewood must be purchased by guests, and is available from the OTR on Brighton Road. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, however we no longer make up or allow use of the top bunk. The inbuilt coffee machine is currently not available for use due to breakdown. A coffee pod machine has been supplied instead until this is replaced. Interaction with Guests: The property is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for a easy self check-in. This property is hosted by Let Smart property management services. A Let Smart team member is available 24 hours a day via online message or email should guests have any queries or issues during their stay.
