House with garden 300m from the beach

The house is located on the first floor of the building in the area of Karfas, 300m from the beach, 3,5km from the airport and 7km from the port and the town centre. It's ideal for families and friends, as it can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is comfortable and has plenty of natural light. There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Every room, except the master bedroom, has access to an outdoor space. Furthermore, each room has an A/C system, as you can see in the pictures. Towels, sheets, blankets, soaps, shampoos, and other essentials are provided. In the kitchen you can find extra virgin olive oil, spices, coffee, tea etc. Furthermore, there is a parking lot right outside of the house. The whole apartment, backyard and garden is accesible. Karfas beach is long and sandy, offering a variety of activities, like water skiing or kitesurfing. In the area you can find restaurants, touristic shops, grocery stores and an ATM. Karfas is connected with the town center and the surrounding villages with a bus. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re taking extra care to clean and disinfect our space between guests, according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. On top of our normal cleaning and disinfection routine of the floors, the surfaces, the furniture and the bathroom, we now pay extra attention to disinfect all frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, cabinet handles etc.) with cleaning solutions with at least 70% alcohol. We also use a steam cleaner to disinfect sofas and cushions and, of course, we machine-wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended.
