Berrimans self-contained apartment for two

Berrimans is a newly built, first floor studio apartment overlooking Great Bentley’s 43 acre village green. With private off road parking and detached from our family home, Berrimans is a peaceful place to enjoy a relaxing break. Light and airy in summer and warm and cosy in winter, this clean and modern apartment is the perfect destination for couples all year round. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven and two ring hob, sink, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, condiments and biscuits are provided. This well laid out contemporary space has a cosy lounge area with a generous two seat sofa, flat screen TV, Wifi throughout and a dining table for two which can also be used as a work space. The spacious bedroom area includes a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and a set of storage drawers. There is also a full length mirror, plus a hanging rail with hangers. The large en suite bathroom has a powerful walk in shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Towels and bed linen are provided. Outside you’ll find two garden areas with seating, perfect for enjoying a relaxing glass of wine at the end of your day. Berrimans provides a private getaway. That said, we are generally around most of the time and are happy to help with anything we can. Great Bentley has an excellent restaurant, pub, deli, takeaway and small supermarket. A fish and chip van and pizza oven van visit weekly. We also have a pharmacy, hairdressers and beauty salon. All amenities are within a ten minute walk of Berrimans across the village green. Great Bentley boasts a rail station, ten minutes walk from Berrimans, with frequent connections to Colchester, Ipswich, Clacton and London. It has been designed and furnished to suit two adults and unfortunately we cannot accept children or babies.
