COME AGAIN HOUSE - apt. with huge sea view terrace

Our place is located near Sutomore, in a steep hill and peaceful settlement Zagradje overlooking Adriatic sea, 1.1km far from the closest beaches(15 minutes by walk downhill to the beach or 20 minutes if you go uphill): Maljevik and wild Seagull beach. The main city beach in Sutomore is 3.3km away from the house. Our house is ideal for young or elder people who wish to rest and enjoy the peaceful surrounding, fresh air, wonderful sea view. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. It is the first-floor apartment with a one bedroom and a huge shared terrace (35 m2) with the sea view. The apartment is suitable for 3-5 persons. It has three single beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed (for up to two persons) in common space. It contains a kitchen and a private bathroom. The exterior of the house (facade) is not completely finished, but it is fully functional. Guests can use once a week a shared washing machine on request. My parents should be there and don't hesitate to ask them for help, they would be very happy if they can help you. Father speaks English and understands Russian. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. If the guests want to get around and visit tourists hot-spots near Sutomore it is preferable to have a car or a motorcycle. There is no public transport in Zagradje, but guests can rent a car (better option, approx (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) euros per day, or if you take a car for the longer period it can be cheap (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) euros per month) or take a taxi (which can be expensive, approx. 5 euros per direction Zagradje-Sutomore). The place is peaceful and lap-top friendly so it is great for persons who work remotely. The climate and the air in Zagradje are known as suitable for persons with respiratory problems, like asthma. The exterior of the house (first-floor facade) is not completely finished, but it is fully functional. There is no washing machine (laundry) in the apartment, guests can use a shared washing machine on request (once a week is free of charge).
