Kirklands Stables Cottage

The property forms part of a mid-Victorian cobbled courtyard and has been completely renovated and is now a well equipped with easy access to 8 acres of garden and parkland. Surrounded by rural landscapes the cottage sits within five minutes walk of the Rivers Tweed and Leader. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room complete with log burning stove (logs provided), fully equipped kitchen with freezer facility for our fishing guests and bathroom complete with bath/shower. Re space we have plenty of it, from a field for youngsters to play in to (accompanied) walks by the riverside.
