The Annexe at Sunnyside - quiet country getaway

The Annexe at Sunnyside is perfectly placed in a quiet country lane on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex. With the historic coastal town of Emsworth and the Southdowns on our doorstep you will have access to fantastic walks & cycle paths directly from the Annexe. The Annexe is a beautifully decorated, super comfy place to explore the best that the South Coast has to offer. With Porstmouth, Chichester & Goodwood only 20 minutes away by car and with fantastic rail links from London. Bedroom - The bedroom has a super king zip & link bed and super comfy pocket-sprung mattress. Bedroom doors open on to your own large wooden balcony, which is great for bird spotting and watching the wildlife that comes through the garden. The bathroom has a fantastic walk in power shower, heated towel rail. Towels are provided. Kitchen - has all mod cons and utensils for your stay, it includes oven, hob, toaster. A welcome package is provided. There is no washing machine but you can use the machine in the main house on request. In the sitting area there is dining table, a Smart TV and a sofa bed.
