The house is composed of a 60m2 large living/dining room, shiny and cosy, heart of the house, 2 little bedrooms (1 bed 180x200cm or 2 beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 160x200cm or 2 beds 80x200cm). The mezzanine on top of the livingroom has 1 bed of 160x200cm. The garden with trees is 1000m2. My House is 5 minutes away from Saint-Pardon of Vayres "harbour", famous French spot for tidal bore surfing. It is less than 25 minutes away from Bordeaux tramway and Saint-Emilion The house is very confortable, shiny, and is ideal to rest in the countryside after a few days spent in the heart of Bordeaux city. It is my house and thus is fully equipped and full comfort, I live in Bordeaux with my girlfriend most of the time. There is air conditioning in the house, for the hotest days of summer. The house is eco-friendly, with solar hot power, solar electricity generation, garbage selection. Only one small room of the house is locked, it contains my personnal effet when I prepare the house for your stay. I will be only 40 minutes away when you are here and I am at work. You will be able to join me by phone or SMS. The neigbourhood is very very quiet. You will only be awaken by the bird songs A cot is available if you have a child under 3. There is enough room to install the cot either in the coolest room of the house or in the mezanine.
