A completely new fully-equipped kitchen and dining room opens via French doors onto a huge private rear deck and flat, grassy back yard. You can walk everywhere: to shops, cafes, bars, cinema, jetty and beach. It's the ideal Peninsula location, close to many great beaches and golf courses. Just 10 minutes drive to the region's many wineries and Peninsula Hot Springs. All bed linen included. Bring your own bath towels and beach towels. Bath mats are provided. Portacot and high chair provided. No smoking or pets. Ideally positioned on a large flat block, Coastal Cottage is a gorgeous weatherboard beach house with large timber decks front and rear and an 8 seater outdoor setting, gas BBQ and 2 sun lounges. It's perfect for a coastal-winery-hot springs getaway, a girl's weekend, family break or lazy summer holiday. Inside and out, this house has been stylishly rejuvenated. But the cottage charm remains and you will love the casual vibe, with original floorboards, high ceilings and dado panelled walls. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining spaces blend together perfectly. They feature filtered water, a second TV, split system A/C & heating, and French doors that open onto the private rear deck, setup for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy a large, luxurious master bedroom with ensuite. This room has a latex pillow-top Queen size mattress, French doors to the rear deck, ceiling fan and double robes. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower with choice of twin heads. The huge rear deck with 8-seater table has covered and uncovered spaces, with two sun lounges. The front deck is perfect for watching the sun set in the West. The comfy lounge room features two 3-seater couches, gas heating, a large flat screen TV, Sony DVD & Blu-ray player with streaming apps and catch-up TV, soundbar, and a Hi-Fi music system. Enjoy FREE NETFLIX and NBN Wi-Fi. The second Queen bedroom includes a latex pillow-top mattress, ceiling fan and robe. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, robes, ceiling fan Bedroom 2: Queen bed, robe, ceiling fan Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk: Double Bed, Single Bed top bunk, (small sized room) Guests enjoy the whole property, flat grassy front and rear yard, with car parking for 4 vehicles or room for a boat. Both yards have fences and gates. The house is free of all personal items so you don't feel like you are staying in someone else's house. The garage is not accessible. Minimum booking is 2 nights. Exclusions may include 3 night minimums on long weekends and at Easter. One week bookings Christmas to late Jan. Minimum age of person booking is 25. No bucks nights, parties or schoolies groups. Bed linen provided and tea towels. Pantry items, washing powder and toilet paper are provided. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The house is a short walk to a beautiful, safe beach, Rosebud Jetty and the new foreshore playground (kids will love it!) and picnic/BBQ area. Foam Street is a lovely quiet street which carries much less traffic than other streets as it does not go through to the main road.
