Our Gorgeous Bright and Airy beach house is one of a kind. We are approximately 30 mins from all the wineries and only a 1/2 mile away from Smith Point Beach! Our home is located on a deep water canal with 125ft of bulkhead. We have 2 beautiful roof top decks to enjoy drinks along with beautiful views of the Great South bay. Our home is family friendly. Professionally landscaped and located on a quiet dead end street. So book your next getaway and come enjoy all that Long Island has to offer. What we love about our beach house is that we are waterfront and still centrally located near all! If you love to shop.. the Riverhead outlets are only about 25 minutes from our house. If you want a night out to have some fun..Down town Patchogue which is full of nightlife and restaurants is only 20 minutes away. If you are a wine lover and want to enjoy a wine tasting tour... The wineries are only about a 30 minute drive. For some Family fun.. We have the famous Splish Splash water park located about 25 minutes away.We absolutely love how we are located so close to all these great attractions and we are sure you can have a great family vacation or weekend getaway at our home. Guests will be able to access the entire house, backyard and roof decks, the garage will Not be accessible.
