Property is easily accessible from international airports of Tivat and Cilipi. The apartment is brand new and very well equipped: - WiFi - Fully equipped kitchen - Parking - TV - Ground floor - Big windows provide airy feel - Next to the beach - Newly equipped - Welcome basket free of charge - Bottle of local wine free of charge - Two trekking bikes free of charge on demand - Free transport from and to international airport of Tivat The entire space is designated for the guest use. We give our guest full privacy as we don't use this residence for the living. That being said we are available for our guests 24/7 since we live only 5 kilometers away. Really close to the Pepilon beach, great sea food restaurants Galiot and Biss... Taxi, buses, boat taxis and bikes are all easily accessible... - Since you are staying in highly populated tourist center driving is restricted from 19:00 to 01:00 starting from 1st of July until 1st of September. Therefor two trekking bikes are offered to the guests free of charge during their stay, you can freely bike an entire promenade approx. 20 km for the best possible experience. (Save at least 10 euros per day). - Free airport transfers from and to international airport of Tivat. (Save at least 50 euros). - Tourist registration fee is not included it costs one euro per person per day.
