The Cottage is situated on a 10 acre Equestrian property and surrounding cattle farm. The Great Victorian rail trail is right on the doorstep and is within walking distance to the Dindi Cafe, Bucks Country Bakehouse and the Famous Yarck Hotel. Private newly renovated private cottage located right on the Victorian Rail trail. Conveniently located just 900 metres and within walking, cycling distance to the very popular Yarck Hotel and cafes. Only 1 hours drive to the gates of Mt Buller and the snowfields and 15 minutes drive to Lake Eildon. Tastefully furnished and decorated with a spectacular private and uninterrupted views of our magnificent 100 year old oak tree and stunning views of the rolling hills and surrounding farmland. The gorgeous studio cottage has such wonderful ambience and consists of 1 queen size bed and a pull out queen size sofa bed. Quality white Country Road linen and super comfy bed with electric blanket for the cold winters night. There cottage is totally private and consists of a open plan bedroom and sitting room. There is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, kettle and toaster and coffee and tea supplied. Bathroom is new and spacious. ....Fabulous outdoor area with large firepit for guests to enjoy. If you want a cooked breakfast the Giddy goat cafe is just a short stroll down the rail trail and offer a fabulous range to satisfy your dietary needs at a great price! There is ample room to store your bikes. Firewood can be supplied at an additional fee or BYO. Step outside the property and ride your bike or hike straight onto the great Victorian rail trail. Only a short stroll to the local pub for a meal or to one of the local cafes.Surrounded by farmland and picturesque rolling hills. Birchwood Park have beautiful gardens to relax and unwind in. I will meet and greet the guests upon arrival when lm available. If not l will message you with check in details and leave a key. Yarck is a quaint little town boasting great places to eat and is a great location for summer and winter. In summer the Great Victorian rail trail is right outside the front gate for bike and horse riders. Lake Eildon is just under 20 mins drive away perfect for fishing and boat activities. Or only 10 mins to the Goulburn river for some superb trout fishing. In winter the snowfields of Mt Buller, Mt Stirling and Lake mountain are a nice easy day trip away. The surrounding areas have some great pubs, restaurants,wineries, galleries and stunning scenery. Vline bus located just 900 metres away..We are located only 900 metres from the Yarck Hotel and Giddygoat Cafe.. ..Nothing is to much trouble just ask. Minimum 2 night stay on long weekends!!
