Hallway has toilet and basin. Stairs lead to large bedroom area and en-suite bathroom. Very private with everything you need. Family and pet friendly. Guest have private access to small garden to the side and rear of the property. Guests can park directly outside Coach House or in the garage attached by arrangement with the owner. The owner, Georgie, will provide an initial welcome and will be on-hand for essential questions by text. She is also happy to recommend walks, pubs and other local points of interest. The Coach House is located on a beautiful and secluded plot in the idyllic village of Donhead St Mary. The Cranborne Chase AONB provides limitless opportunities for beautiful walks and bike rides. The famous Fonthill Estate is only 20 minutes drive away. There are many local eateries and farm shops nearby as well as art galleries and museums. In addition, the area is popular for summer festivals such as: Larmer Tree Festival, Bestival and the Chalke Valley History Festival. The famous Gold Hill in Shaftesbury is less than 10 minutes drive away and around 45-1hr from the property are a number of beach and water sport options. Nearest railway stations are Tisbury (15 minutes drive) and Gillingham (15 minutes drive) and both go straight into London Waterloo. The best way to get to us is by car. However, if this is not an option, you are able to get to us by train to Tisbury or Gillingham and then by taxi. There are local buses from Salisbury that serve nearby villages but these are slow and few and far between. Welcome information will be provided. Guests should bring wellies/ walking boots because we are in rural countryside.
