Just a few minutes away from the touristic area of Ialyssos, but at the same time being at an ideal distance from it, you can enjoy the perks of living like a genuine local resident. Access to free parking, common front and back yards with grass, and a big outdoor barbeque, which you can enjoy every day and night of your stay. Since the house is located in a country area, next to Filerimos woodiness hill, this makes the area ideal for biking, jogging, hiking and of course relaxing. The famous Path to Cavalry located at the top of Filerimos hill, is only a few minutes away. Therefore, we are making sure that all areas inside and leading to the flat are kept clean, reflecting Public Health Greece and airbnb guidance.In particular this includes increasing the frequency with which areas are cleaned and disinfected , focusing on key touchpoints and surfaces that are likely to come into regular human contact. Last but not least, apart from the above-mentioned measures, after the departure of our guests, the apartment stays empty for at least 2-3 days before the arrival of our next guest.
