It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre. You will have the whole house, with 6 rooms, two lounges, a dining room and a home cinema with a large collection of DVDs You will have the use of the swimming pool and a 7 acres park crossed by two rivers.
