Charming farm nicely renovated Auvergne

Old typical farm in Auvergne, described by Lonely Planet as a region not to be missed in the world. Wonderful base to explore the area. It is easy to get Le Puy en Velay, Le chambon sur Lignon, Yssingeaux. Patio outside, very pleasant to have breakfast on sunny mornings and watch the Alps on the distance on clear days. Lounge chairs around the farm to follow the sun throughout the day. Wifi available. Nice place for cross-country, mushroom harvesting, bike ride, swimming in rivers or lakes... The farm is spacious as enough for six persons, nicely renovated in the old french tradition. Wood and stones are the basic of the renovation for a comfortable and typical atmosphere. Just two words: silence and calm! really appreciable after a touristic day, just one thing to do: observe the birds. Superficy of 130 sqm with a kitchen well equipped, a workspace, a sitting room, a quiet space for reading with comfortable small antic armchairs., a bathroom. For the night: one room with a a bed in 140cmx190cm; one room with two beds for one person 115cmx180cm. Blankets, pillows, bed linen, tea towels and linen are provided. There is also a convertible sofa for two persons. Beds are made on arrivals. Patio outside with table, chairs and lounge chairs on the East side of the house. A large space in front off the house for relaxing in different spots differently arranged depending on what is nice to do in this particular spot ( reading, relaxing,having a drink with friends...)and depending of the sun. You have access at all the property (30 hectares). I live in the other part of the house (the house is a L) The house is very big and your privacy is completely respected, which is really important to be noticed.
