All the living space is upstairs. The stairs have a hand rail on both sides. We can provide a stair gate for guests with young children. Helen and Peter live on site and happy to help/advise in any way. If you are a larger party they are happy for guest to stay in their house. Buses serve both Lancaster and Preston We can provide overnight charging for electric cars. Fast chargers are available close by at Lancaster University. We are happy for guests to use our garden and there is a seating and a barbecue available for the sole use of guests. To help with our cleaning regime, and protect our guests during Covid 19, we have removed all games and guide books. We can provide information on places to visit and eat. The TV has access to Netflix, Prime, Sky and BT Sport We are also, for the time being, asking guests on departure to strip all beds used, and place the linen and towels in the utility room
