A one-bedroom suburban modern apartment positioned on the Fringe of Adelaide and a 5 minute drive / 20 minute walk to the city centre of Adelaide. This minimalist pad will provide you the feeling of 'home' when you come to Adelaide. Perfect for the single corporate traveller or couple wanting a central location to explore the city of Adelaide and its surroundings. If you’re needing a comfortable, light amd bright space to work, the apartment has a large dining area with super fast 200mbps NBN Wifi. Want to cook? Well you’re set with a stainless steel oven + microwave and all that’s required to whip up a roast with veggies! Can’t be bothered cooking? I've collated a bunch of take-away menu’s on hand ready for some light reading! The apartment has been set up for a maximum of two guests at any one time, with everything you will need whilst you are away from your own home. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating for your comfort. The kitchen will allow for meal preparation and a coffee at the end of the evening with the Nespresso machine. Nespresso Pods, herbal tea and milk are all included to make the start of your stay effortless and comfortable. The super comfy queen bed will ensure a great night’s sleep. The sparkling modern ensuite bathrooms attached for convenience and also has a washing machine set up for your convenience. Fluffy towels + 1000tc sheets will help keep you cozy and comfortable. There is one allocated off street parking suitable for a small car as well as a permit to park on the road right out the front. OTHER I try to make a little difference where possible by supporting ethically friendly products including; Thank You Hand Wash and Body Wash, Environmentally friendly toilet paper, Ecostore laundry Powder, Organic dishwashing detergent and 'No Issues'(Tissues;100% tree free and made of bamboo fibres) The apartments is all yours! It's completely decked out for you with everything you need(and if I’m missing something, let me know) + FREE 200mbps WIFI (super fast) + Washing Machine & eco washing powder + Ironing Board + Iron + clothes drying rack. + Outdoor Clothes Line(shared at rear of apartments) + Oven, Fridge + Microwave + Reverse Cycle Heating & Cooling + Nespresso Coffee Machine, Coffee Pods + Herbal Tea. + Bluetooth Speaker + Phone Charger, Panadol and even a bandaid (oh and there is even a kitchen sink ;) + Off street parking for a small car. Otherwise there is ample street parking. As the apartment is self-contained, you will have the entire place to yourself. I live very close by, so will be accessible for any additional needs or questions. If I am available, I will meet you at the apartment upon arrival, otherwise I will leave a key for you to access. A quick stroll from Victoria Racecourse and 5 minute walk from the Clipsal 500 track, the location is the most convenient and position on the fringe of Adelaide’s Eastern suburbs and City. A short walk away you will find some fantastic coffee spots including; The Commissionary and Velo on Victoria Park. Sparrow is also a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The Parade Precinct in Norwood is only a very short walk and has a plethora of cafes, restaurants, shops and a cinema. Hut Street is another great area for pubs, restaurants and cafes and is a 20 minute walk across the Victoria Racecouse park. South Australia is all about wine and this location is a perfect base to check out the McLaren Vale Region, Clare Valley, Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills. All the people living in the group are permanent residence. Please respect their home and privacy keeping noise to a minimum. There are fab cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area. The fringe of the city and Adelaide’s prestigious Eastern Suburbs If you have a car, there is a carpark on the property. + You are a 5 minute drive from the city. There are multiple a bus stop less than 200 metres from the property that will take you to the heart of Adelaide or other surrounding areas Taxis and Ubers are easily contacted. Adelaide also offers free bikes through 'Free Bikes Adelaide' which have numerous locations around Adelaide for collection. Please note this apartment is accessed by approximately 12 outdoor stairs. There is an allocated parking space for a “small car” alternatively there is ample street parking available.
