The house is situated in the characteristic historic district of Villanova under the walls of the Bastione San Remy and the Terrapieno of Cagliari, a few steps from the Civic Market of San Benedetto. Its position allows to reach on foot the most suggestive and historic places of Cagliari, such as the Public Gardens with its Museum, the Tower of San Pancrazio, the citadel of museums, the Buoncammino with the historic Roman Amphitheater, the Cathedral and the Palazzo ViceReggio, the Port, the shopping streets and much more. There are also various public transport stops to go to Poetto beach or to visit the Punica Necropolis of Tuvixeddu. The house was built in the early 1920s, with materials from then on such as the Tufo that allowed for the insulation of temperatures, making it able to keep cool in summer and warm in winter.
