Close to airport & close to City & close to many famous Southern & Eastern beaches or walking distance to the local beach House is perfect for those coming for Rowing / Kite Surfing or water based activities (walk to 16 Foot Rowing Club & beach) Most necessities walking from your doorstep: Supermarket, Park, Beach, Restaurants, Cafes, Gym, Kayaking, Kite Surfing, Fishing etc. Car is usually best way to get around Sydney. Busses around Corner Railway station accessible by bus / car / 20min walk As the person making the booking, you agree to be an occupant of the property / premesis* for the entire duration of stay, or act as a guarantor (not staying). You are fully responsible for the below House Rules & for the actions of your guest/s (including non-booked guests). *premises is defined as BOTH inside AND the outside property belonging to the house ADDITIONAL BOOKING FEES (IF Applicable)* - Additional Bedroom & Bathroom Fee: $45 p/room - $10 p/Inflatable Airbed fee with all Linen & Covers provided - $95 Additional guest fee for unbooked guests (refer to Visitor rules) * payable in cash prior to key collection / at check-in: VISITOR Rules (Flexibility may apply if agreed in WRITING prior booking / check-in) *: - Max 2 visitors p/day of stay - Visitors are NOT allowed in bedrooms at anytime - Visitors are allowed between 9:30am - 8:30pm daily ONLY * Breach of any the above rules (that have not been pre-agreed in writing) may result in additional $95p/visitor fee. GENERAL RULES*: - Wash & return all plates, cutlery facilities etc. you have used - Spa can be used once for each night of stay - Washing machine, Laundry &/or Dishwasher can be used once only during stays of 5 nights or more. Otherwise $6 p/cycle fee applies. - Clean BBQ after use (or $50 additional cleaning fee applies) - No parking on / blocking driveway unless to unload luggage etc. (plenty of free street parking) - Please keep noise levels low from 9pm (Sun. night - Fri. morning) / from 10pm (Fri. - Sun. morning) to 7am Food &/or Drinks (except Tap water) NOT included - Supermarket & bottle shops are walking distance. PET Rules: - Pet Charge (including pets visiting): $15 p/small pet (ie 10kg & under) $20 p/large pet (ie over 10kg) - Pets NOT allowed on furniture &/or beds - Pets must be 100% potty / house trained CHECK-IN: - Advise ETA at booking / closer to the date of arrival - Same day check in for bookings made after 1pm, may need to wait up to 2 hours for check-in (EMAIL before booking if immediate check-in is required) NON-NEGOTIABLE HOUSE RULES*: - NO Smoking on premises** - Illegal drugs &/or substances are banned - No House Parties / Functions: More than 2 NON-BOOKED VISITORS p/day will be defined as a House party - Charging $500 per offence should there be a credible noise complaint by the neighbours and/or the police/security are called to the property - Charge at cost to steam clean carpets, furnishings, linens etc if people / pets have soiled the carpet, furniture &/or beds, including if there are any evidence of pets sleeping on beds / smoking inside the property. * Breach of any of the above will result in immediate non-refundable cancellation of booking + up to $1000 fine ** The public street is meters from house & is NOT part of premises & thus you are welcome to smoke there etc NOTE: Variations to the above need to be pre-agreed before booking / checkin in writing.
