Mosier Modern View House

Just outside of Hood River, OR and about 45 min to Mt Hood or PDX. Close to recreational activities (snow & river sports, biking/hiking trails, nightlife, wine/beer/cider tasting). Columbia River views, hot tub, fireplace, modern decor. Entire home for rent. Our home has always been a private vacation rental so its already set up for friends and family to gather in a relaxed, comfortable setting. The master suite includes a king size bed with memory foam topper as well as an attached bathroom with luxury soaking tub, separate shower and plenty of counter space. The master suite has private access to the balcony/hot tub. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Our garage is set up as a game room with ping pong (new one on order), pool table and darts. The hot tub overlooking the Columbia River is probably one of the finest features but cozying up by the fireplace on a cold day is a close second. Please note: absolutely NO access beyond paved driveway, over deck railing, or outside of front yard area due to steep hillside/cliff. Monitor children at all times. Property owners are not responsible for guests safety inside or outside of the home. No access to private guest house (house, deck, yard, driveway, etc) that is on property. Very dangerous 30 foot cliff/steep slopes border back side of this property. Otherwise, you will have access to the entire home: garage game room, hot tub on the front balcony as well as the grill, washer/dryer, fireplace area (please bring your own wood), living room, TV with ROKU (no satellite or cable), dining area, kitchen including dishware/appliances/utensils, etc, refrigerator/freezer, bedrooms and bathrooms. If you have questions or need assistance we are usually not far away and almost always available via cell phone/text/email for information about the area, the home, anything you might need while you stay. Our vacation home is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, many of the homes on the street are private residences or vacation rentals, there is very little traffic, friendly neighbors, no crime, safe, walking distance to the The Mosier Company restaurant/bar, Brenna's Mosier Market, post office, Mosier Plateau hiking trail/waterfall/swimming hole, and a short drive to the Mosier beach that is also a windsurf/kiteboatding launch site. There is plenty of parking in our driveway as well as off street parking, you will probably want to have a vehicle while you're staying here since taxi fees are around $20-$25 to get into downtown Hood River. The closest grocery store is about 10 miles away so you may want to bring some of your own food, alcohol, etc. There is a very nice market in town, Brenna's Mosier Market as well as a restaurant and a coffee shop. The closest gas station is approximately a 5-7 minute drive away.
