Walking distance from Lebanon Hills, a 2000 acre park with hiking & ski trails. 15 minutes to MSP Airport, MN Zoo, 15 minutes from Mall of America and 25 minutes to Minneapolis/US Bank Stadium. 5 rooms; 1 bedroom, 1 Bonus room/bedroom, kitchenette, living room and bath. We rent only longer term per - 1 month or longer Private Luxury lower level walkout basement apartment with private entrance in a single-family home, on quiet cul-de-sac street and nature refuge wetland area. Also walking distance from Lebanon Hills a 2000 acre park with hiking and cross country ski trails as well as biking and swimming areas. Located 15 minutes from MSP Airport, MN Zoo and 15 minutes from the Mall of America. 4 rooms; 1 bedroom, 1 Bonus Room/Bedroom, kitchenette, living room and bath. Queen sized pullout bed in living room along with convertible couch/queen bed--very comfortable in Bonus Room. You will have full private use of the lower level of our home as well as access to our patio adjacent to the wetland. No parties. No smoking in the apartment or anywhere on property You are responsible for any damage, even if it exceeds the security deposit. Also, we do not have a child proofed home, so you are responsible for any breakage and your children's safety. The apartment is a completely private space for your use. You may also use patio/backyard area but we might be out there also from time to time. No maid services are provided, however we do reserve the right to enter unit at any time, with or without notice if we have concerns or in the case of an emergency. No pets. Please leave everything as you find it. No open flames (candles, incense, etc). Please conserve energy. Turn off any lights, TVs, etc, when not required. All guests 18+ must present their government issued photo ID upon arrival. Admission to the property is only granted to those who release Owner, from any and all claims of liability, injury and/or loss, and specifically as it might relate to the outdoor stairway that leads to the patio and apartment entrance. The steps (see photo) are a little uneven and there is no railing. Use at your own risk and please do not book if you have concerns. Feel free to contact us to discuss if you have questions. We live here and will be around at different times and most nights to assist with your arrival, departure and anything else that may come up during your stay and are happy to help anytime we can! We live in a quiet newer neighborhood We are 15 minutes from MSP airport and 10 minutes from park and ride bus line We will provide space to park one car in our driveway.
