It's located 25 minutes from down town Tel Aviv and from the airport. The house is surrounded with nature and trees. The pool is very generous (6 by 18 meters). Another small house is also waiting for you or friends to enjoy, enough for sleeping 2 or 3. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 17% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
