The open living/kitchen area is bright and spacious ideal for relaxing in front of the TV or enjoying your favourite meal at the large dining table. The apartment also has a huge private balcony which with stunning city views! The Space: There is a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a huge open plan living/dining area for guests to relax in. The huge windows throughout provide plenty of natural light and great city views! The quirky music inspired decor makes it a truly unique place to stay! There is even a grand piano in the living room! Please note: The guitars are no longer in this apartment and we have installed curtains in the bedroom since the professional photography. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a residential building with quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that guests are therefore quiet and respectful back. Getting Around: The apartment is so central that everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! Should you want to venture further afield the best transport links are all within walking distance. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay.
