The ground floor has an enormous open salon with a panoramic glass wall offering uninterrupted views of the open countryside. The glass doors slide open, so it's like being in the outdoors. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, they offer the perfect mix of privacy and even better views, the third floor has a large open plan bedroom perfect for the kids. Sunrise and Sunset from this space is truly a moving moment. The kitchen is seriously well equipped, food lovers will find themselves at home either indoors or outside with the BBQ. You may sit by the modern fireplace, a study, two sitting areas, a dining area that even extends outside. With ample gardens, orchards, olive groves, incredible views, perfect for horse lovers! Walking through the surrounding fields, or just reading a good book out in the bamboo forest whilst swinging in will find themselves at home either indoors or outside with the BBQ. The Villa has 3 floors (250mq), with an apartment of 60mq ideal for visitors. The apartment which also has a kitchenette can be divided or united with the main house which is really great for those looking at a longer stay with frequent visitors joining in. Should you wish to combine the two, the sleeping capacity raises from 13 people to 18. Situated in north Rome near the historic town of Sacrofano. For your everyday needs, the village is just 5 minutes away by car and is perfect for refurnishing without having to leave the peace and quiet of the countryside. You'll find yourself in the heart of the Etruscan countryside, there are 2 lakes Bracciano and martignano, where you can go swimming, sailing, rent a canoe, there are excellent spots for picnics... There is a large Shopping centre 15km away with 200 shops and a cinema complex should you want to return to "civilisation" You have easy access to central Rome via Roma North Line, only 25km from Piazzale Flaminio. Go by train or car as you please.
