Water front cottage on the delta. Lots of wildlife like bird watching and fishing to be enjoyed. Private cottage with your own entrance. Enjoy the natural gas bbq and fire pit bar top table on your lovely water front deck (just off the front door). Relax in the oversized jacuzzi tub in the very large bathroom with a double head shower and his/her sinks. The kitchen is a full kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils. Quite hours are from 10pm-8am. Please note- stays of 30days or more. Guest will be required to have a cleaning during there stay at there expense. You can choose if you want basic cleaning or if you want the bed sheets changed as well. Please ask about me the cost difference. Off of your entrance gate is a locked washer and dryer for your use. (Soap options provided next to washer) When bringing your own boat or jet skis, the docking options are the single slip next to the jet ski hoist and/or the outside of the long slip. I can be reached any day between 7am-8pm via Airbnb messaging We are located at the end of the cul de sac, with very little traffic. Peaceful and quiet. There is more then one Airbnb on this property, although all spaces private it is something to be aware off.
