This bedroom (with private bathroom) is perfect for a guest who is traveling or working in Brisbane. We are a pet friendly household. Located on the upper level, this north-facing bedroom also has build-in robes and insulated window shutters. You share an open plan lounge dining and modern kitchen with a back deck. Netflix and unlimited wifi are included. There is onsite parking which is shared with us (2 adults and 1 Schnauzer called Bowser). There is a large Air Conditioner that quickly cools down the room along with fans when A/C is not required. The window looks out onto the garden below and the grass field across the road. This is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Comes with: – Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals. – Serving utensils. – 1 oven, Gas Cooktop, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher – Basic cooking condiments! Olive oil, salt/pepper Also, watch netflix on the large TV in the living room with access to unlimited high-speed internet on the free wi-fi. (The wi-fi password is on the welcome sheet) The house is a short walk from the Cannon Hill train station. We are only 6 stops away from the city. Bus access into the city is also available. Happy to give you complete privacy or include you during inhouse activities. We can reccomend great places to eat, drink and play Jackpot! This neighborhood is friendly, green, and private. Feels like resort living - with the pool and BBQ area. If you prefer to walk there's plenty of places to walk and exercise. Bringing a dog? We have a very tall fence and a dog park located within 100 meters of the house. Located off Creek Rd and Wynnum Rd, there is easy access to major motorways shopping centres and transport. Under 15-minute trip airport. Close to business parks and 3 breweries (BrewDog's, Brisbane Brew Partners and Bar 951). CBD, Convention & Exhibition Centre all within 17 minutes by rail, 5-minute walk to the station. Cannon Hill and Morningside Shopping Centre. If you are booking in with pets there is an additional guest fee to be applied. This is this is due to minor pet mishaps that occur and the extra lengths we go to to provide an allergy free stay for our non pet owner guests. Upon booking please advise us of the nature of your pets sleeping habits and we will do our best to accomodate :)
