Casa Erica

Casa Erica is a 400 year old stone villa, situated on a quiet little walk street in the village of Lubriano. The house is cool in the summer and is centrally heated in the winter. The large private garden is a pure treasure of tranquility with cherry trees, olive trees, roses and herbs. The living room has high beamed ceilings, with doors opening onto the garden. All the shops and restaurants you need are within a 5 minutes walk into town. house and garden completely available for your use only I am available by phone and our housekeeper will be available in person if you need her.
