In 2018, David and Erynn Mattera turned down the driveway, promptly put an offer in and set about making it their own while honouring its original charm that made them fall in love. This chalet style cabin has an open kitchen/living, pull-down projector screen for movies/tv, peaceful surroundings, fire-pit and grill area. Situated in Round Top, NY - less than 30 minutes from Hunter or Windham ski resorts or walking distance to Glen Falls House, Brauhaus and Hennings Local Test Kitchen, incredible hikes and nearby villages of Saugerties and Woodstock.
