A spacious and very comfortable area in large two storey house consisting of double bedroom, living area with lounge, television, dining area and desk. There are no cooking facilities but I do provide a microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge. The bathroom is for your exclusive use. Large, light filled area for your exclusive use. Access to garden area, a lovely place to relax with a good book! I shall meet you on arrival to pass on local information. I have lived in the area for over twenty years and can advise on a range of activities. This is a beautiful beachside location within walking distance of three surfing beaches as well as a large ocean pool and Narrabeen Lakes for fishing and kayaking. We are surrounded by wonderful walking tracks The house is on the bus route Church Point to Narrabeen (155) or 100 metre walk for the BLine bus which is direct into the city. There a few excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as very good cafés.
