Magnac Laval and La Dorat are only 15 mins away, both with restaurants, bars and markets. The A20 is 20 mins away. The guests have an entire four bedroom barn for their exclusive use. The property is rural so parking is not a problem. There is a wisteria covered outside terrace where you can dine, which is for your own use. The heated, in ground, pool is shared with our family only. We have a large swimming pool which is shared with my quiet family. The property has large gardens and a field that guests can use. Attached to The Barn is a covered terrace for private use. A bbq is provided for the guests own use and there is a wood-fired pizza oven that can be used any time. During the summer we live in our own house, at the property. We are happy to talk at anytime and look forward to meeting our guests The area is flat and quiet, which makes it ideal for cycling.
