A great place for a weekend escape in a quiet neighbourhood. Our studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and includes twin beds, dinette and Plasma TV. Large bathroom toilet, kitchenette with microwave, electric frypan, turbo oven, toaster, jug, bar fridge and essentials. Light breakfast supplied daily. There is a private and secure entry & off street parking. Access to gardens and free use of BBQ. Also ideal for business people whilst working in the area and need to relax after work. Bomaderry is central to the the Shoalhaven area, servicing the ocean, beaches, Bays, mountains and valleys and national parks, Also the villages north and south of the Nowra township which is situated on the beautiful Shoalhaven river. Private and secure entrance to studio , so there is no need to go through our house for access. Free use of BBQ ,covered deck and gardens Free use of washing machine We are a retired mature couple who would like guests to enjoy the Shoalhaven area . Having lived in the area for the past 30 years, we have local knowledge to impart. The studio is self contained and gives full privacy to come and go if you desire, with private entry and off street parking. We are always available for our guests for interaction, and will join in with sharing the BBQ.if they wish. We are situated in a quite residential neighbourhood with pleasant surroundings and central to the Shoalhaven. Bomaderry Railway station and bus terminal is a 25 minute walk and a public bus passes our door. Within easy drives to historic Kangaroo Valley and Berry for boutique shopping and eateries and local wineries, Seven Mile Beach, Greenwell Point, for seafood and Jervis Bay for white sands and beaches. Nowra CBD and Shoalhaven river is a 10 minute drive whilst Bomaderry licensed premises and restaurants are a short 5 minute drive. 10 minute walking distance to swimming pool, basketball and croquet courts and fast food outlets and Woolworths shopping centre
