Modern, spacious warehouse apartment located minutes from the CBD, harbour foreshore, the University of Sydney and UTS. The apartment is fully furnished, self-contained (including internal laundry with new appliances) and located in a quiet leafy position. The apartment is situated in a secure building, is fully self-contained and features a mezzanine bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a separate open-plan living area with dedicated workspace (desk, printer and wifi), and a spacious balcony with a quiet leafy outlook. University of Sydney and University of Technology guests are warmly welcomed. The apartment is within walking distance of each campus. The apartment is available for the exclusive use of each guest (it is not a shared rental). It is fully self-contained including an internal laundry and ideal for longer stays, or for guests who prefer extra space and privacy. I live close to the apartment and am usually able to be flexible with check-in times. Chippendale is located on the fringe of the Sydney CBD. It is neighboured by Glebe, Newtown and Surry Hills, and ideally located for proximity to the University of Sydney (5 minute walk) and the University of Technology (10 minute walk). A bus into the CBD takes 5-10 minutes. The area is a vibrant contemporary arts district brimming with galleries (including the amazing White Rabbit collection), restaurants and cafes. More information: (URL HIDDEN) Broadway is an easy 5 minute stroll from the apartment, where there are frequent buses connecting to the CBD, eastern suburbs and inner west. Redfern and Central train stations are a 15 minute walk. Please note: - I only accept reservations from guests who have verified their identity with Airbnb using government-issued ID (passport/drivers licence). I do not accept social media profiles or email as proof of identification. I verify all ID in person upon check in and will cancel the booking if ID is not consistent with the identification provided at the time of the booking. - All guest linen is sanitised during laundering and maintained to a high standard. I like to use good quality linen and towels, and happily provide this for my guests. In this spirit, if towels are badly stained or rendered otherwise unusable - replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. - Lost keys will incur a replacement charge of $200. - There are absolutely no parties or group events permitted in the apartment.
