Piancavallo's Mountain Apartment

The apartment is located in the secluded ColAlto area near the woods, and just a few minutes from the ski slopes and Nevelandia, the winter playground for children. Excellent position to start with the different paths in the Piancavallo area. To be enjoyed in summer and winter in complete relax! The apartment has a bedroom with a double bunk bed and a large wardrobe. In the living area there is the kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, wall units with everything you need for cooking. Double sofa bed and table for 4/6 people. The bathroom with window is spacious with shower, sink with cabinet, bidet and toilet. The large outdoor terrace allows you to eat outside and lie in the sun. Closed garage for exclusive use. The spaces are comfortable and functional. Suitable for up to 6 people. Guests can use the entire apartment, the terrace on the floor, for outdoor dining during the summer, the private garage. After booking it will be possible to contact me directly via email and after arrival a telephone number will be provided. It is located in Piancavallo, Monte Cavallo in the Friulian Prealps. Available ski slopes, downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, hiking, climbing parks. The apartment is located in a very quiet area in a residence of only 7 units, in the surroundings there are woods and mountains, beautiful walks for all levels are possible. The neighbors are all very sociable and kind, even for them these apartments are holiday homes so they are not always there. Compared to the town center, the apartment is located in a more secluded area where there are mostly small single villas, in a few minutes you can reach the ski slopes, and snowboard , the skating rink. In the center of the village there are restaurants, bars, a bakery which also sells basic food items. We love walking very much and therefore we leave the house and enter the many paths between the mountains and the most athletic of the family are dedicated to climbing! Or the lazy ones like to lie down on a deckchair and spend the afternoon in the sun, reading. Our favorite restaurant is Baita Arneri which can be reached by chairlift, in the opening season, or with an uphill walk, arriving at the top with a great hunger and ready to admire a breathtaking view, on clear days it is in fact possible see the sea! We ask our guests to leave the house in the best conditions upon their departure. During the day it is possible to visit several of the countless attractions that the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto regions offer, such as Venice, Pordenone, Sacile, Udine, Treviso, Trieste, Grado. And the beautiful beaches such as Lignano, Bibione, Jesolo, Caorle and many others. It is advisable to have your own car both to reach the apartment and to move easily in the area. Inside the apartment there is a smart TV that you can use with your accounts and your connection for online services. Some telephone operators may not have good reception in the area, particularly vodafone. No wi-fi service is currently provided.
