Waders is one of three converted farm buildings located in a tranquil rural countryside location in the High Weald, an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty. Waders has a light open plan living space with wonderful views (its all on one level), with two comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in. Sleeps 4 Nearby is Rye, with its medieval buildings, cobbled streets and quaint charm and along the coast is Camber Sands, an expanse of soft, sandy beach that stretches for 7 miles. Sleeping Both the bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings and each have ensuite facilities. There is a twin room and one double bedroom sleeping 4 persons in total. Dinning/living area Open plan living space all on one level, with comfy sofas, wood burner & dining table and chairs. A garden area and terrace provides an ideal setting for alfresco suppers on hazy summer days. As evenings draw in, snuggle in, around the fire pit for story-telling and enjoy family time wrapped in blankets toasting marshmallows. No dogs allowed in Waders There a public footpath across the land giving access to open countryside Ancient woodland to explore 5 minutes away Greet and welcome you on arrival Farm produce is available We are in an Area of Outstanding Beauty near Rye, East Sussex on the doorstep of many local beaches, inc. Camber Sands, near many National Trust properties and other attractions. We are rural yet centrally placed and accessible for exploring the beautiful area with its many vineyards! A car is essential There are 3 holidays barns on site - which can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 14 guests. They are far enough apart to give total privacy. There is parking. Bring a torch . Supermarket online grocery orders can be delivered here.
