It's surrounded by a mix of wild junipers and 40 year old pine and Cyprus trees planted by my family The trees give privacy to the area, it's ideal for those who also like nudism. A hand built beautiful stone house where our family have put lots of effort and love into it. I personally collected every stone that is in the house and did most of the work. This house is meant to accommodate friendly couples,groups or families who want to spend their vacations together and need the space to be free and share their desires with the necessary privacy, yet also being close to the village for ease of access. It's really an ideal location. The beach is accessible by foot only and it's 180 metres away. Important to notice here, we are unlike major hotels who choose to destroy nature for the sake of profit. THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO INTERVENTION OR DESTRUCTION OF THE NATURAL SURROUNDINGS HERE WHICH LAND BELONGS TO GOVERMENT AND HAS BEEN LEFT ALONE TO TURN INTO A BEACH FOREST. My family is very respectful of the sacred land here and thus haven't poured concrete or violated it in any way so we must inform everyone coming that the way to the beach is a Sandy hill so your feet will get Sandy, and if going to the beach or to the village via the beach at night,you will need flashlights which we provide. The house is quite large,has a large terrace, outside cold and hot shower- perfect for those hot summer days-, a large hammock which easily fits two grownups under a large olive tree. We have added a wonderful hot tub outside which comfortably fits 4 - 5 people. It has strong hydromassage jets and is always on waiting for you. The kitchen is very spacious , a group of people can have fun having cooking parties as the space is more than enough. Lots of utilities are available ( toaster, fridge,oven,stove,blender, juicer etc). The one bathroom has shower only( no tub), and the other bathroom has a large two person tub. The house is very spacious, with almost all of the ground floor being a combined space( except bathroom). A huge open living room area with 86" (YES,ITS BEEN UPGRADED FROM THE PREVIOUS 65")4k TV with Netflix and a wonderful high quality tokuyo MASSAGE CHAIR await you for fun times. The three bedrooms are a comfortable size with a large closet space, queen mattress WITHOUT SPRINGS. One bedroom faces east, the other West, the other South. Outside the bedrooms is the secondary living room space with comfy couches. UPDATE: THE EAST BEDROOM NOW HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO A ULTRA KING SIZE BED AND MATTRESS(220X200) Outside there is plenty of space to park, with a roofed area to put your car under, and a huge area to sit under trees ,read a book, meditate, fornicate..enjoy! The nearest village is mastihari, which is 8 minutes by foot via beach pedestrian pathway or 15 minutes by foot via main road. All restaraunts, cafes, ATMs, car rentals can be found there, and of course if you need recommendations or any help me and my wife are available. We can connect you to rental car services, and other help you may need through private communication. couples and singles massages can be arranged upon request as well.( And highly recommended) The whole house, roof, and 4000m2 surrounding area. NOTICE: eco friendly stone house in a oasis and sea view independent apartment are the only two houses of this area, separate from each other but on the same family land. we are complete surrounded by trees for privacy from main road and surrounding views. yet, the village of mastihari is close by, so car rentals, atms, restaraunts, cafes, wind surfing are all nearby. Each house is for different guests: sea view apartment has fantastic views, is higher up, with large openings for very cool breezes. Stone house oasis is an independent house for larger groups(4-6 people, friends,groups who want to share vacation together),more isolated with more modern entertainment amenities, such as home cinema etc etc. if you arent a large group you might want to have a look at sea view nest apartment which accommodates 2.(listing is on airbnb) NOTE: if the dates you want are not available, please contact us anyway for recommendations , I'm sure we can find you something Any questions ,we are always available to help out. It's like living in a small oasis yet village being accesible via a short walk Please note: to get to the beach there is only one way and it is through sand dunes, about 200 metres. Please be prepared to get your feet Sandy as out of respect for public land we haven't intruded at all to the natural beauty of this unique area. Mastihari village is a 10-15 minute walk via beach pedestrian pathway. In the village you can find all restaurants, atms,travel agencies, mini markets etc. The port has connections to nearby islands such as kalymnos,pserimos. We only mention this because people who are afraid of dogs should know what to expect. 2.Our house is equipped with a reverse osmosis five stage water filter to provide drinking water, so there is no need to buy any water from outside and waste plastic. Also a central water softener provides good soft water, which is something to consider if you worry about your hair being dried up from hard water quality Massage services for couples and singles can be arranged per request
