Located close to the city center and all important venues of Lugano we offer you this magnificent duplex apartment in a newly constructed building. The apartment was built in December 2017 and is furnished with Italian design furniture. The apartment is ideal for both longer business trips as well as a vacation with your family. The apartment is set up over two floors, on the first level you will find a spacious living and kitchen area with a separate dinner table. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed, on this level you will also find a guest toilet. On the second level we have 2 large bed rooms with a large bathroom with shower. The ceiling high in some parts of the apartment is more than 3 meters giving you a spacious feel. All necessities for your stay will be provided such as cups, plates, cutlery ect. You will receive detailed self check-in instructions one day prior to your arrival. We are always available to help should you have any questions. We have a self check-in system. However we are always there to help in case of need. The building is located in a very quiet neighborhood with shops, bars and a bus station only a few meters away. You may find a bus station located only 50 meters from the building on the main road. This bus line runs through all of Lugano. The bus service is called TPL, to get from and to the train station you should take line 3. We are pet friendly! Also we offer free Netflix on our TV. Free Wifi and indoor parking are also provided.
