Little Fallow Retreat - near Beach and Fremantle

Peaceful sleep, can be had in our quiet 'loop street’. Little Fallow is a surprisingly spacious studio. It has a comfortable queen bed & luxury ensuite shower / vanity with separate toilet. Comfy chair to put your feet up & relax, quiet ceiling fan and extra blankets if required. Restful outdoor with cooktop, if you feel like cooking. Inside a neat little kitchenette nook for meal prep, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Flat screen TV & Fast Wifi FREE parking Privacy is probably our best feature. A peaceful area, garden courtyard, with great neighbours will make your stay enjoyable. Typical WiFi speeds are 48mbps & with our 4K smart TV, you can login & watch what you want! We provide a water filter jug for clean drinking water & a shower filter to give you that soft water feeling! We went to the trouble of sound proofing the studio as much as possible to provide a quiet experience. A ceiling fan is installed for the occasional still nights. You enter Little Fallow through a RHS Steel gate, & walk down the length of the garage to a private garden courtyard. Entry to the studio is via a barrier & glass sliding doors. To your left is a seperate toilet & ensuite shower with vanity. A comfortable queen bed when you step in, with a comfy chair to your right, lead to a walk in area to make coffee, tea or to toast some local bread. A bar fridge is also there to chill your favourite beverages! Back in the garden courtyard, is a double sink, induction cooktop & microwave, just in case you feel like staying in & cooking for yourself. We're new to Airbnb! But have good friends nearby who are experienced in the business & have taught us how to 'host with heart'. Looking forward to providing you with a peaceful & relaxed stay! Welcome to our quiet coastal loop street & self contained studio close to historic Fremantle & Coogee Beach, (a short 4 minute drive). Boasting a top 5 snorkelling trail with the 'Omeo Wreck' for a rejuvenating morning out. Heading into 'Freo' enables you to sample many local craft beers, fine food & of course great coffee. Exploring Fremantle Prison, the Maritime Museum or catching a ferry to beautiful Rottnest island to see the Quokka's - is all within reach. On hot days, the 'Freo Doctor' or sea breeze cools at 12. Aside from the free parking bay, a short 9min walk around to the corner of Cranberry St on Hamilton Rd, brings you to the bus stop. At the bottom of Fallow Crescent, is Garden Road, which borders 'Market Garden Swamp'. This area used to be full of family owned market gardens, with rich red 'Spearwood Sands' soil, growing fruit & vegetables for Perth & surrounding areas. Native birds flock to this swamp every year. It's common to see Swan cygnets & long neck turtles on the pathways or grassed areas while you walk. 'Star Gate' shopping centre is nearby, with a 24hr Spudshed, pharmacy, kebabs, C/Bank & coffee shop. On Hamilton Rd is 'Coogee Plaza' with continental deli, Thai massage, fish & chips, butcher, bakery, pizzeria, Chiropractor & more. Further down Hamilton Rd is Coco & Boho Cafe, U n Me Cafe, an Indian & Malaysian Restaurant, with a Pilates studio as well. Fremantle is also only a 12min drive away.
