I have one sunny bedroom available in Rosebery (2 blocks from Zetland). The complex comes with everything you may need, kitchen fully equipped , laundry with washing machine, lounge area with sofa, tv and a balcony. I do live in the apartment,so you'll be sharing it with me :) Really convenient area, just 15 minutes walk from Green Square station, next to Moore park and a lot of restaurants, coffee places and shops around.
