With its 2 modern bedrooms (2 comfortable box-spring beds, 1 king-size bed), a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and an additional guest toilet, on a total of 115 m2, it accommodates 4 people. Furthermore, the apartment has an open kitchen and a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. The high-quality fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes a coffee machine with coffee, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and a fridge/freezer. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. A cot can be added upon request. On the spacious, partly covered terrace, with a dining table, 4 comfortable chairs and parasol, you can make plans for the day while enjoying a delicious breakfast with a view of the garden. Loungers invite you to sunbathe extensively. On warm days you can use the grill. The central, yet quiet location in the centre of Diepoldshofen and the immediate proximity to nature fulfil all the requirements for a wonderful holiday. To the nearest village shop you need only a 2 minutes walk (130 m). There you will find all the goods for your daily needs. Numerous restaurants and cafés can be found in Leutkirch, which is less than 10 minutes away by car (approx. 7 km). In the garage in front of the house you can park your car and your bicycles. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For a daily fee of €15 you can rent a stand-up paddle board to explore the surrounding ponds. On request and for a fee of €10 the hosts will be happy to provide you with an extra bed for an additional person. -
