In a peaceful and idyllic location, blessed by an amazing sunset panorama, 200mt descend to the private beach, the villa is the setting for the most relaxing beach holiday. The house is large, well equipped and light, airy and comfortable. - Situata in un condominio/resort idilliaco con terrazza mozzafiato vista mare. La spiaggia privata si trova a 200 metri e comprende un posto assegnato con ombrellone, lettino e sdraio. La casa è comoda e funzionale, ampia e luminosa. The villa consists of a living room with television and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms that sleep six adults (one with a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with washing machine), two bathrooms, a large terrace and a small entrance garden. - La casa è composta da un soggiorno con televisione e wifi, una cucina attrezzata, tre camere doppie i cui letti possono essere organizzati matrimoniali o singoli, due bagni con cabina doccia di cui uno ensuite fornito di lavatrice, un grande terrazzo che circonda la casa e una piccolo giardino all'entrata principale. Secluded although not isolated with an easy reach to the beach and the parking space for you to get the car and wonder off to the nearby village for a coffee and groceries’ shopping, the house is a perfect place for and intimate and peaceful beach holiday. The villa includes also an allocated beach space with a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed. As the private beach is partially owned by the five stars hotel Porto Pirgos, also inside the condo, beach facilities and lifeguard service are supplied. Should you be needing more chairs or sunbeds, they can be arranged at an extra daily cost. - Appartato anche se non isolato, dalla casa è facilmente raggiungibile sia la spiaggia sottostante che il parcheggio dove potrete tenere l'auto e andare al paese più vicino per un caffè o all’alimentari. La casa è perfetta per una vacanza intima in un tranquillo luogo di mare. La villa comprende anche uno spazio spiaggia assegnato con un ombrellone, una sdraio e un lettino. Poiché la spiaggia privata è in parte proprietà dell'hotel Porto Pirgos, anch’esso all'interno del condominio, sono forniti i servizi dell’albergo come il bar, bagno e il bagnino. Se necessitate di ulteriori sdraio o lettini, si possono richiedere ad un costo aggiuntivo giornaliero.
