Rotoiti Lakeside Retreat is the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life, idyllically nestled among native trees overlooking the bay. Relax on the sun soaked deck surrounded by the magic of Lake Rotoiti, or enjoy trout fishing, boating and water sports before heading indoors for an evening snuggled by the schist fireplace. This retreat is just five minutes drive from the famous Okere Falls store if you're after some gourmet treats or a fun night of entertainment. This architecturally designed open plan masterpiece comes fitted with recycled rimu cross beams and mezzanine. We have the chosen absence of wifi, freeview and sky TV but there is a TV connected to a DVD player on mezzanine for the kids. Bring your own DVDs. The entire house except our store room situated by the front door. I will be available via cell phone. There are only a few houses in the Bay. It is very quiet and tranquil. We kindly ask if you respect this peaceful and private bay by not having any parties or disruption our neighbours. Please respect the 5 knot boundaries with boats. If you need to have a boat on the lake edge temporarily please keep it over to the left of the bay where our jetty is. There is ample parking for cars and the boat trailer, please park on the concrete parking areas not down by the lake edge please. The jetty is positioned in the far left of the bay looking out from the house and is available to use. The Otaramarae boat ramp is only a few kms away. There is a small travel cot and high chair available.
