This property set in a quiet and preserved area is just perfect to welcome 2 or 3 families at a time. The salted water pool with its Roman staircase is 1.55m in depth, nestled amongst a lush and sunny garden. Tastefully decorated with antiques, this home oozes character. The living area opens onto a terrace with a lovely view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. The first floor is accessible by a lift which is worth mentioning. There is also a big games’ room with a TV area, billiards and foosball. Set in unique surroundings, Azillanet is a small village located 50 minutes from beaches such as Gruissan beach, 8km from Jouarre Pond, 35km from Narbonne, 40km from Carcassone and 50km from Béziers. Its pretty and narrow alleys, as well as its church, old convent, fountains and former public laundries all bear witness to its past. Together with the Dolmen de la Cigalière, a small cave where one can find the remains of ancient Roman villas and churches. Children will be able to play in the local playground and beautiful gardens. Azillanet lies on the foothills of the Causse, 3km before Minerve a fantastic Cathare village.
