The spa remains heated and open year around, but the swimming pool is closed from Oct 1st through April 15th. There is an outdoor space heater on the deck as well as a propane fire pit and propane grill. This is a noise sensitive area, so please avoid excessively loud music while respecting the neighbors’ privacy and enjoyment of their homes. We have a great community of neighbors.
