According to the tourist information bureau there are certain hours during the day and after 11pm for rest and relaxation. Quiet hours exist in every country. In Greece quiet hours are from 15:00/15:30-17:00/17:30 for siesta and from 22:30/23:00-07:00/07:30 for night sleep. Chania rental permit rules require that we have the first and last names of all property guests to ensure that we are not exceeding the maximum occupancy of 7 persons (this limit applies to anyone 5 years of age or older). Within 1 hour, please reply with the first & last names of all guests age 5 and over. If the guest list changes prior to your reservation, please remember to send us an update! We will verify the number of people arriving is equal to the number of people you specified in your reservation. Unnamed guests / groups are subject to additional charge or immediate cancellation at the host's discretion. Prerequisite to the booking is to provide us with a copy of current government issued passport if you are traveling outside the EU or ID if you are traveling within the EU! For Greek citizens I need the tax registration number! These data are required by Greek law and will only be used for tax purposes. No subletting the house to other guests and the party who booked the stay must be present all nights and be the last one to leave at checkout so you can verify that the home was left in satisfactory condition. There is a camera fecing the stairs and it will be on during your stay. Please inform me about the time of your arrival!
