A sprawling tropical villa set in 1-acre of lush greenery overlooking Langkawi Island's iconic paddy or rice fields. 2 bedrooms upstairs and an open concept bath as well as private shower and toilet with amenities. The master bedroom's tasteful furnishing includes a king-sized bed, whilst the second bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, a sofa as well as an extra double mattress to accommodate up to 6 persons in total. A verandah runs around the upstairs perimeter and is also accessible from the bedrooms. Downstairs comprises an elegant indoor sitting room with plenty of seating areas as well as a vintage Chinese day bed, a 6-seater dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, guest shower and toilet. All modern conveniences including a flatscreen TV, Astro cable TV channels, toaster, washing machine/dryer, air-conditioning, ceiling fans etc. Around the entire villa you will also see beautiful artworks displayed on the walls, masterpieces by the owner herself. The exterior of the house includes an outdoor lounge and 6-seater dining area, a gazebo overlooking the swimming pool, a fish pond, covered porch and spacious lawns with immaculate mature garden and landscaping, truly a sight to behold especially so when the flowers are in full bloom. Spa Services provided by Alun-Alun Spa (URL HIDDEN) With a minimum spending of MYR300, Alun-Alun Spa will provide pick-up and drop off services, to and from their various locations in Langkawi. The store room at the car porch area and the back door with cleaning equipments for the cleaning team are the only section of the villa off limits to guests. When I couldn't receive my guests personally , there will always be someone to assist my guests with their needs. Tell us about yourself and where you are from, we prefer clean, quiet and responsible guests who don't bring the party home. Much Appreciated ! The villa is a gated property and equiped with surveillance camera for guests peace of mind. For your convenience, toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, bath/shower gel etc. are provided in the bathrooms and toilets, as well as bedlinens and towels in the bedrooms. Pantry essentials will be provided such as bottled drinking water, coffee/tea making facilities, We provide rice cooker and oven ,microwave for simple food preparations. Cleaning services will be provided but only changing towels and around outdoor lounge . My staff won't enter rooms for cleaning during your stay for privacy purposes. The neighbourhood is idyllic, calm and quiet with views of wandering buffalo or cows in the nearby fields as well as local village life. There is a row of convenience shops and stalls on the main thoroughfare within walking distance. Carparking is available for at least two vehicles, and a car may be provided for guests (additional rental fee on a RM50 per day basis) with proof of valid International Driver's Licence. Alternatively, guests may opt to rent their own car from the airport or elsewhere. The villa is easily accessible at a great location, only 7 minutes from Langkawi International Airport and pickup/transfers can be arranged at prior notice. Pantai Chenang, Langkawi Island's most happening beach, is a mere 10 minutes leisurely drive away. No smoking and no pets allowed. No shoes/slippers inside the house. Guests are not allowed to bring a group of friends and enjoy the facilities within the property . It is exclusively reserved for the registered numbers of guests only All furnitures are to be remained at their original position. Switch off all the air-conditioning units, fans and lights before leaving the house during the day and at night to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption. Let's support a greener lifestyle on this Island. Please locked the house and double lock the entrance door before leaving the property . All guests personal belonging are under their own responsibility . Upon your checking out, any signs of the property not in the condition you found it in, as well as any damages to property and/or vehicles provided and/or furnishings/ fittings/ appliances/ artwork etc. will be dealt with accordingly and your security deposit may not be returned in lieu of damages for repair/replacement.
