Sweet home with spectacular sea view

We are pleased to host you in our apartment, since we love it and we’ve spent there some of our best holidays. Our tasteful apartment, apart from the below mentioned rooms has also got a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view, where we are absolutely sure you’ll spend most of your time when you are at home. The apartment consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double-size bed and a big wardrobe, as well as an open plan kitchen and living area, with two sofas which can be converted into beds to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped and it comes with a cooker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a cafetiére for French coffee and a toaster. There are also two TFT TV sets (one in the bedroom and the other one in the living room), two air-conditioners and a fan. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, too. Είναι χαρά μας να σας φιλοξενούμε στο σπίτι μας, αφού το αγαπάμε κι έχουμε περάσει σ’ αυτό κάποιες από τις καλύτερες διακοπές μας. Το καλαίσθητο σπίτι μας, πέραν των υπολοίπων χώρων, έχει ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι, με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα, όπου είμαστε σίγουροι ότι θα περνάτε τις περισσότερες ώρες σας όσο μένετε σ' αυτό. Το σπίτι αποτελείται από ένα άνετο υπνοδωμάτιο, με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και μεγάλη ντουλάπα, καθώς και έναν μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο σαλονιού και κουζίνας, με δύο άνετους καναπέδες-κρεβάτια και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με φούρνο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα Nespresso, μηχανή για καφέ φίλτρου, τοστιέρα. Διαθέτει δύο TFT τηλεοράσεις (μία στο υπνοδωμάτιο και μία στο σαλόνι) και δύο air-condition, αλλά και έναν ανεμιστήρα. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει επίσης και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Our guests have access to the whole apartment. Οι επισκέπτες θα έχουν πρόσβαση σε όλους τους χώρους του σπιτιού. About 500 metres far from the house (that is, 2 minutes by car and 7 minutes on foot), on the main street of Palio (Melina Merkouri 145, Street) there is the well-organised Mini Market “Miltos”, where you can buy whatever you may need during your stay. Just opposite the Mini Market, you will find Palio’s pharmacy. If you take the way to Nea Irakleitsa, you will see Super Market “Lidl”, which is 3,5km far from the house (approximately 5 minutes by car). A kilometer far from “Lidl”, at the entrance of Nea Irakleitsa, there is another supermarket called “Masoutis”, which is 4,5km far from the house (6 minutes by car). Straight down the house you will find “Costa Vita” beach bar, while, on the right of “Costa Vita” there is one more wonderful beach without deckchairs and umbrellas. There, you can take the special light deckchairs we have at home for our guests with you. In Palio you will find two more beach bars, with extraordinary beaches equipped with deckchairs. The first one is called “Kikabu” and the second one “Navagos”. Twenty minutes far from the house, you will meet the famous “Sandhills” ("Ammolofoi"), which is an area full of beach bars, like “La Rocca”, “Peponi”, “Riva” and many more. “Riva”, in particular, has got a shallow pool for children. Στα 500 μέτρα περίπου από το σπίτι (2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο και 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια), επί της κεντρικής οδού του Παλιού (Μελίνας Μερκούρη αριθ. 145), υπάρχει το πολύ καλά οργανωμένο Mini Market «Μίλτος», στο οποίο θα βρείτε ό,τι χρειάζεστε για την διαμονή σας. Ακριβώς απέναντι από τον «Μίλτο» βρίσκεται το φαρμακείο του Παλιού. Επιπλέον, στον δρόμο προς την Νέα Ηρακλείτσα, στα 3,5 χλμ. από το σπίτι (5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο), θα βρείτε ένα Super Market «Lidl» και στην συνέχεια, στην είσοδο της Ν. Ηρακλείτσας, ένα Super Market «Μασούτης» (4,5 χλμ. από το σπίτι - 6 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). Ευθεία κάτω από το σπίτι θα βρείτε το «Costa Vita», ενώ στα δεξιά του «Costa Vita» έχει και άλλη μία υπέροχη παραλία, χωρίς ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Εκεί μπορείτε να πάρετε τις ειδικές (και ιδιαίτερα ελαφριές!) ξαπλώστρες που έχουμε στο σπίτι για τους καλεσμένους μας. Στο Παλιό θα συναντήσετε επίσης άλλα δύο beach bar με υπέροχες παραλίες, ξαπλώστρες και πουφ: πρώτα το «Kikabu» και στην συνέχεια το «Ναυαγός». Σε απόσταση περίπου 20 λεπτών από το σπίτι είναι οι γνωστοί «Αμμόλοφοι», με πάρα πολλά beach bar, όπως το «La Rocca», «Peponi», «Riva» (το οποίο έχει και ρηχή πισίνα για τα παιδιά) κι άλλα πολλά. Η περιοχή είναι αρκετά πολυσύχναστη, ειδικά τα Σαββατοκύριακα, έχει υπέροχα καθαρά νερά και παραλίες με πάρα πολλά κοχύλια!
