Lovely bright double room in rustic quirky farmhouse about 20 mins from Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick. 40 mins from Aldeburgh. It has its own private snug and shower room. It can be booked with the next door bedroom for family or friends for an extra charge. See photos. The private bathroom is on the ground floor with the snug. The bedroom is on the first floor up your own steep small private staircase. Double bedroom with own cosy snug and private shower. Private steep small staircase leading up to room. Utility room and to rambling garden. There’s an unfenced pond, so please be aware if have small children. Happy to give guests their own space. We are on hand if need anything. 10 mins from bustling market town of Halesworth and train station. 23 mins from the heritage coast of Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick . We are located in a quiet rural area, overlooking fields. You will need a car. We have a couple of bikes for local journeys if require. There is another lovely double bedroom next door to this bedroom if you wish to book it too for family or friends. We can also put a double mattress in your private snug room for up to 2 kids if wish. The little staircase leading up to the room is steep and opens directly onto the room. If you have small kids they will need careful monitoring. We have a friendly cat called Tabby and Labrador called Buddy Bear. There is an unfenced pond in the garden. Small children must be monitored at all times.
