Situated in the quiet lakeside village of Wangi Wangi, Lake Macquarie, the property is 90 minutes north of Sydney and 35 minutes from Newcastle, Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. Conveniently located a leisurely 500 metre walk to cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, take-away food, hotel, service clubs, IGA, bottle shop, pharmacy and more. Wangi Bella Vista is a private studio which includes a well-appointed bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The studio offers separate entry and off street parking. Views extend from Wangi Bay to Belmont and Marks Point and can be enjoyed from the studio and private deck. Included for your comfort is a queen size bed, small kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, crockery and cutlery) within the built-in robe, Smart TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Paintings from local artists decorate the space and are available for purchase.The bathroom provides an easily accessible shower and vanity appointed with a range of quality toiletries. We are available most evenings to assist our guests and can be contacted throughout the day by phone. Check-in is by means of a lock box. Wangi is known for its beautiful views, bush-walking (Wangi Point Flora and Fauna Reserve), swimming, boating, sailing, camping, picnicking and numerous fishing spots. Wangi is also the former home of artist Sir William Dobell and Dobell’s home and studio museum are open to the public. Wangi Wangi is a peninsula surrounded by reserve waterfront available to the public. On the waters edge in Wangi Bay is a walking/cycle path that extends from the township to the Workers Club. Public transport is available in Wangi township.
