The house is on two levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. Outside there is a garden with a barbecue area. Enjoy the sunset while you prepare a barbecue in the garden overlooking the city of Alba. In less hot weather, light the fireplace to warm your body and soul with the warmth of a wood fire, a glass of good wine, and then soak in a relaxing hot bath in the hot tub. The house is set in a unique context, away from the noise of busy streets or chaotic environments, but at the same time just 3 minutes drive from the center of Alba. The entire house is available to guests. Driveway entrance on courtyard with 2 parking spaces. Garden with barbecue and green lawn. The house is internally on two levels. I give my guests space but am available when needed. The place is a fraction of the municipality of Guarene, but is geographically located near Alba and convenient to its center. Nearby is the largest Supermarket in the area open 7 days a week. Accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Alba train station and a 10-minute walk from the city bus stop. For your arrival, for the departure or for the entire stay I am available to personally carry out the transfers, come to pick you up at the airport or at the station, organize tours according to your needs and requests.
