Only a three minute walk to the bus stop and 15 minute ride to the City. It is a 15 minute walk to Avondale Train Station. Close proximity to Auckland Zoo, Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT), Western Springs Stadium and Eden Park, Vector Arena Centre and Auckland City. Easy access and close to all Motorways to get around. Waterview Cottage is separate from the hosts home, easy to ask for help and assistance should you need it. We are available to assist our guests to make their stay as comfortable as possible. A very quiet neighbourhood with lovely walks and parks. Check out the Waterview Park and the Waterview Coffee Project Close to Public Transportation. A 3 minute walk to bus stops and a 15 minute walk to Avondale Train Station. Very close to all motorways, making it accessible to get around Auckland. There are a number of events coming up this year. Close proximity to Western Springs, Eden Park and the City which host major music and sporting events.
